  • 250ml Biotiful Kefir
  • 3 carrots, chopped and steamed
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp. tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt + pepper
  • To garnish (optional) – a handful of pomegranate seeds & toasted pine nuts


  • Turmeric, Chickpea & Carrot Kefir Dip

Once the carrots have been chopped and steam, add everything together in a high-powered blender and blitz.

To serve, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, toasted pine nuts and fresh coriander.
