Our Kefir Protein is great for grabbing on the go, but when we have a little more time, we like to jazz it up and make an occasion out of it.

Kefir + Protein is our original combination of gut-friendly Kefir and creamy Quark, resulting in a thick, yogurt-like consistency that’s richer in live cultures and higher in protein (16g protein per 130g Kefir + Protein) than conventional yogurt. Perfect for staying fuller for longer.

One apple counts towards your 5 a day, and they’re high in fibre and usually a good source of vitamin C. Making this bowl a great opportunity to pack in the nutrients for a balanced diet, too!

Hazelnuts are also nutrient dense, so while they’re high in calories they’re loaded with nutrients and healthy fats. A small portion of hazelnuts can go a long way nutritionally!


  • 130g Kefir + Protein
  • 1 Apple, sliced
  • Handful of hazelnuts, toasted
  • Handful of cranberries, dried
  • Optional: honey to top


  • Simply spoon the Kefir Protein into a bowl.
  • Top with thinly sliced apples, toasted hazelnuts and dried cranberries.
  • For extra sweetness drizzle with honey.
