In celebration of warmer weather and longer nights, we bring you a recipe for Strawberry and Cherry Kefir Ice Cream. This recipe will give your dessert a gut-friendly boost.

Ingredients: 

  • 500 ml of Original Kefir or Morello Cherry Kefir
  • 250g of Strawberries
  • 50g of Maple Syrup

Instructions: 

  • Blend all of the ingredients together, making it as smooth as possible.
  • Pour into a container and freeze preferably overnight but for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and leave at room temperature for 20mins to soften. Serve and enjoy!
