In celebration of warmer weather and longer nights, we bring you a recipe for Strawberry and Cherry Kefir Ice Cream. This recipe will give your dessert a gut-friendly boost.
- 500 ml of Original Kefir or Morello Cherry Kefir
- 250g of Strawberries
- 50g of Maple Syrup
- Blend all of the ingredients together, making it as smooth as possible.
- Pour into a container and freeze preferably overnight but for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and leave at room temperature for 20mins to soften. Serve and enjoy!
