But if you’re looking to impress, then this recipe for Pesto Hummus with Kefir is for you.

The Kefir brings a creamy texture and tangy taste to this hummus, while the pesto offers depth from the parmesan and basil. We’re certain your guests will keep coming back for more.

Indulgent yet light, it only a few minutes to whip up and is the perfect dish for a party. And it’s photographic, too: the gorgeous colours of the vegetables will impress even the trendiest of guests.

Ingredients

  • 200g canned chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp. tahini
  • 4 tbsp. Biotiful Kefir Original
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. pesto, or more dependent on taste

Blend all the ingredients together and then add in the pesto dependent on your preference.
