A refreshing smoothie that tastes of summer

This Peach Smoothie counts towards your 5 a day

The beauty of smoothies is that they’re so easy to make: simply put all of the ingredients in the blender and blitz until smooth.

And they’re good for you, too: one smoothie counts towards your 5 a day, perfect for making one of those servings a treat.

This smoothie is great for immune health because the peaches and berries are a natural source of Vitamin C, and Kefir is a natural source of Vitamin B12. Both of which support normal immune function. Learn more about how Kefir supports the immune system.

We made ours without ice, but if it’s hot or you want yours chilled, either had a handful of ice or use frozen fruits.

If you want a tropical twist, you can always add mango and coconut flakes.

Alternatively, if you want to increase your fibre you can always add a handful of spinach without affecting the flavour, because the berries and peach will mask it!

Serve immediately to avoid the ingredients separating.
