A delicious breakfast or snack packed with protein and gut-friendly cultures.

The base of the recipe is our Biotiful Kefir Protein, which combines gut-friendly Kefir with the high-protein creaminess of Quark. Light and highly nutritious with no sugar added, it’s also richer in live cultures and higher in natural protein (at least 17g protein per portion) than conventional yogurt.

Simply blend the ingredients together, and top with your favourite fruit, chopped nuts and seeds!



  • 150g Biotiful Kefir Protein
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 400g fresh blueberries
  • 2 tsp. acai powder
  • Toppings of your choice


  1. Add Biotiful Kefir Protein to a blender along with the honey, acai powder and berries.
  2. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
  3. Top with fruit, nuts and seeds.
