250ml Original Kefir

1 tbsp flax seeds

½ avocado

Handful spinach

½ fresh lime

Handful chopped almonds

 

Place the kefir, flax seeds, avocado and spinach into a blender and blitz until smooth

Pour contents into a glass or tumbler, then add a squeeze of fresh lime

Top with chopped almonds
