The base of this recipe is our Kefir + Protein – a unique combination of gut-friendly Kefir and creamy Quark. The result? A thick, yogurt-like consistency that’s richer in live cultures and higher in protein (14g protein per 130g portion of Kefir + Protein) than conventional yogurt.

And while Kefir + Protein can be enjoyed on its own as a light and highly nutritious snack, we love to add toppings of seeds, nuts, berries – and, sometimes, edible flowers! – to make a simple-yet-filling treat.

Cranberry and Chia Kefir Quark

Simply mix our Kefir + Protein with dried cranberries, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Top with raspberries, and maybe a sprinkling of edible flowers if you’re looking to impress.
