This Kefir, cacao and banana ice cream is both tasty and highly nutritious. What’s more, it’s incredibly easy to make!

Simply whiz together one frozen banana, 250ml of Kefir, 1 tbsp almond butter and 1-2 tbsp of cacao powder in a high power blender and then top with raw cacao nibs. Delicious and nutritious!
