A beautiful breakfast bowl with your favourite Kefir. Use fresh berries when they are in season. You can also add chia seeds or flax seeds to this gut-friendly breakfast!


  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Biotiful Dairy Kefir
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 125ml (1/2 cups) fresh strawberries or blueberries (or mix of both)
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup


  • Tip Biotiful Dairy Kefir in a bowl
  • Top with berries, coconut flakes and walnut
  • Drizzle some maple syrup on top.


Optional: you can toast the coconut flakes and walnuts beforehand. Simply place on a baking sheet and cook for about 5-8 minutes in the oven at gas mark 6 (200°C).
