Whether you’re fuelling up to start the day, re-fuelling between workouts or meetings, or simply want a nutritious dessert to enjoy after dinner, these High Protein Breakfast Pots are a great option.

Each serving is packed with protein from the Kefir Protein, 14g per 130g of Kefir Protein to be precise, and the 80g of fresh or frozen berries counts as one of your 5 a day, according to the NHS.

Kefir Protein is our own combination of gut-friendly Kefir and high protein Quark. It’s richer in live cultures and higher in natural protein than conventional yogurt, which can help keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Our method suggests making the berries into a coulis, but if you’re tight on time you can always skip this step and simply layer the fresh berries and drizzle with honey. Quick, simple and no fuss!

Ingredients:

Kefir quark breakfast pot

Serves 1

In a medium saucepan, make a berry coulis by mixing together the berries, vanilla and honey. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Allow to cool.

In a glass tumbler or bowl, layer the granola, followed by the Kefir + Protein and berry coulis.
