One smoothie can count towards your 5 a day

We love it for breakfast or as a post-workout snack.

Why not pack in another serving of vegetables with our Green Smoothie Bowl with Kefir? Of course it can be drunk from a glass, but when we can, we find it much more enjoyable to slow things down and enjoy in a bowl topped with berries, seeds, nuts, mint, etc. while catching up on our favourite podcast, TV show, or reading a book.

And don’t worry about not feeling full up till lunchtime; this recipe contains 250ml of our Original Kefir, which is naturally high in protein and can help you feel fuller for longer. Check out our page on protein for more about how protein supports our bodies.
