This simple granola recipe is full of natural, wholesome ingredients and is delicious covered with our Kefir or Baked Milk Kefir.
Heat the oil, nut butter and honey or rice syrup on a low heat until combined. Then simply mix together all of the ingredients (except the dried fruit) and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until very lightly toasted. Once cooled, stir in the dried fruit.
This granola can be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy with fresh fruit and a generous helping of Kefir or Baked Milk Kefir.
