A simple way to spice up your Kefir with cinnamon

This recipe is for the Kefir aficionados

Biotiful Kefir has billions of gut-friendly bacteria and naturally supports immune health and gut health. And while it’s delicious on its own, we know that sometimes it’s nice to shake things up and walk on the (not so) wild side.

For those days when you need a little something extra, simply add a touch of cinnamon to our Kefir Original for a fresh take on the drink you love. Simple and easy.

And if you want an added kick? Why not try adding 1-2 tsp finely grated ginger root and / or 1 pinch of cayenne pepper.


  • Combine the Kefir and cinnamon and stir until mixed.
