Kefir is a cultured milk drink which originates from the Caucasus mountains and has been a trusted staple in local diets for over 2,000 years. It’s made by fermenting Kefir grains – which are essentially a cluster of beneficial bacteria – with warm, fresh milk. Learn more about how Kefir is made.

Biotiful Dairy Kefir contains over 40 strains of gut-friendly cultures, resulting in billions of beneficial bacteria per bottle.
