Kefir smoothies weekday breakfast. They are both nutritious and delicious and keep you going until lunchtime. Kefir is also incredibly good for your gut.

Simply blitz together the following ingredients in a high-powered blender and enjoy!

  • 250ml Biotiful Kefir
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp. maca powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. flax seeds or sunflower seeds
  • A little honey (to sweeten)

Tangy, exhilarating and delicious… need we say more!
