There’s nothing better than dips in our opinion. They’re easy to make and incredibly versatile; serve them with vegetables or pitta breads, add to a mezze platter or just eat them on their own.

Store bought dips can often be a hidden source of salt and sugar, but when you make a dip at home you know exactly what goes into it, and can adapt any recipe to suit your dietary needs or flavour preferences!

This creamy Beetroot, Mint & Kefir Dip is packed with protein and gut-friendly cultures from the Kefir, which offers a range of health benefits from supporting gut health to immune function. And the beetroot provides a great source of fibre that supports healthy digestion.

This dip is one of our favourites and the colour has us coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • Add the beetroot, KefirKefir + Protein, olive oil and mint into a blender and blitz.
  • Check the consistency and then add the lemon, pepper and salt to taste.
  • Sprinkle seeds on top of the dip and serve with a mix of vegetables.
