This week we’re celebrating smoothies. They are the perfect on the go breakfast or snack and a great way to load up on some nutrient rich fruits and veggies. Kefir also makes a great base for smoothies, especially our Original Kefir.

To cheer us up in this grey weather, we wanted to create something vibrant and exciting, enter our Beetroot and Berry Kefir Smoothie Bowl.


1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup raspberriies

2 small bulbs of beetroot

1/2 avocado

1 banana

250ml Kefir

To decorate:


fruit – berries, kiwis 

coconut chips 


Simply blend all the vegetables and ingredients together.

Slowly add the Kefir until you reach the desired consistency (thick is great). 

Pour into a bowl and decorate as you like.
