We’re OBSESSED with overnight oats Kefir recipes in the office, so much so we’ve got our mums hooked. And if you’ve never heard of overnight oats, it’s a no-cook way of making porridge, tastes delicious chilled and is a great time-saver for making breakfast in advance.
We love to make ours with our Biotiful Kefir (our Original cultured milk is great, but any flavour Kefir will be delicious) or Baked Milk Kefir for something slightly thicker, more luxurious, texture.

Overnight oats are incredibly simple to make – the best part? The fridge does most of the work overnight! So if your morning will be a race against the clock, you can always prepare it in a travel container to eat at work or on-the-go.

125ml Original Biotiful Kefir
1 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of blackberries
Add all of the ingredients into the bowl and stir well.
Top with blackberries, stewed apples and coconut shavings.
