You can use any cereal you like – bran flakes, cornflakes, muesli, shredded whole wheat, puffed rice and granola are all delicious with Kefir milk.

If you haven’t tried Kefir before, it’s a naturally fermented Dairy drink that originated in the Caucasus Mountains over 2,000 years ago. Biotiful Kefir is richer in live cultures and higher in protein than conventional yogurt. The texture is thicker than plain milk, but more drinkable than a typical yogurt, making it a perfect swap in breakfast cereal.
