Our Organic Kefir Baked Milk is wonderfully smooth and creamy. Following the authentic recipe of gently caramelising the milk before adding the live Kefir cultures, it has a luxurious, mellow taste that’s slightly sweeter than our Kefir Original with absolutely no sugar added.

Naturally high in protein and calcium and full of essential vitamins, including B12 and B2. Kefir Baked Milk is packed with billions of live cultures and is completely free of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. And our Kefir naturally supports gut health and immunity*.

We source all our milk from Red Tractor Assured Dairies, which follow strict guidelines on the welfare of the herds and the quality of the facility itself. We even go a step further, ensuring our herds are grass fed and have access to grazing. To keep our footprint lower, we reduce transportation needs by working with Dairy farms within a 25-mile radius of our Dairy in Dorset.
