Visceral fat is a type of body fat that’s stored within the abdominal cavity, located near the liver, stomach, and intestines.
In a recent article in the Express, it’s reported that certain foods have been found to help and promising new research suggests bacteria plays a role in weight regulation, as well as belly fat loss.
The suggested foods include Kefir, tempeh and miso among others.
