This refreshing smoothie, made with our organic Kefir, is perfect for warm and sunny days. Raspberries are rich in fibre, Vitamin C and antioxidants. Use fresh raspberries if available and in season or alternatively frozen ones.


  • 100g (about1 cup) fresh raspberries in season (or frozen)
  • 50g (about half a fruit) nectarine, cut in small pieces
  • 250ml (1 cup) Bio-tiful Dairy Kefir
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Fresh mint leaves to taste 


  • Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency
