This recipe takes only a few minutes to whip up and is the perfect dish for a party. The gorgeous colours of the vegetables will impress even the fussiest of guests.
200g canned chickpeas
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. tahini
4 tbsp. Original Kefir
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. pesto, or more dependent on taste
Blend all the ingredients together and then add in the pesto dependant on your preference. Serve with a mix of vegetables and pitta breads.
