Before we definitely swap over to warm porridges for the chilly mornings of the colder months – infuse your day with this fuss free kefir soaked oats recipe.
- Mix any spices (e.g. vanilla, cinnamon), sweeteners (e.g. maple syrup, honey), and/or dried fruit you like into the oats and cover with kefir.
- Store in a glass jar or another airtight container and let the oats soak for at least three hours, ideally overnight.
- The options for toppings are endless. Let your fantasy go wild! (within some reason)
For our soaked oats we used our kefir, blueberries, raspberries, banana, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
