- 300g Bio-tiful Kefir-Quark
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 large cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- Seasoning to taste
- Grate the cucumber and place into a colander. Sprinkle with salt to draw the water out. Let this sit for 30 minutes. Drain well and wipe dry with a paper towel.
- In a food processor or blender, add the grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, mint, and a few grinds of black pepper. When well blended, stir in the Bio-tiful Kefir-Quark.
