A creamy and highly nutritious dip packed with protein and billions of gut-friendly bacteria. Enjoy as a healthy snack with vegetable sticks, flatbreads or crackers.

Ingredients:

  • 300g Bio-tiful Kefir-Quark
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grate the cucumber and place into a colander. Sprinkle with salt to draw the water out. Let this sit for 30 minutes. Drain well and wipe dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add the grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, mint, and a few grinds of black pepper. When well blended, stir in the Bio-tiful Kefir-Quark.
