• 3eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 120ml Bio-tiful Honey & Ginger Kefir Smoothie
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • Combine the Honey & Ginger Kefir, eggs, banana and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender until smooth
  • Add the flour and baking powder and blend again
  • Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add 2 tbsp of the pancakemixture. When bubbles start to form on the top, flip the pancake andcook for another minute
  • Serve with honey, fresh fruits, and a drizzle of Kefir!
