This seasonal Kefir smoothie recipe is so intuitive & simple – give it a go.

Ingredients:

  • Handful of fresh cranberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 1/2 apple
  • 30ml of apple juice
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 small bottle (250ml) of Bio-tiful Kefir
  • Splash of honey

Simply put in a blender and blitz until smooth!
