This week we’re celebrating smoothies. They are the perfect on the go breakfast or snack and a great way to load up on some nutrient rich fruits and veggies. Kefir also makes a great base for smoothies, especially our Original.
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberriies
2 small bulbs of beetroot
fruit – berries, kiwis
Simply blend all the vegetables and ingredients together.
Slowly add the Kefir until you reach the desired consistency (thick is great).
Pour into a bowl and decorate as you like.
