Kefir. This is where it all started for us and it’s at the heart of everything we do. Made from the highest quality, locally sourced British milk, and packed with live kefir cultures — our recipe is both authentic and incredibly simple (because the best things in life are!) It’s been supporting people’s wellbeing for over 2000 years.

Naturally high in protein and calcium and packed with essential vitamins (including B12 and B2), Kefir is packed with billions of gut-friendly bacteria (over 4 billion per bottle). Completely free from any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, it is also naturally low in lactose and has absolutely no sugar added. It boasts a wealth of health benefits.

Ingredients

Pasteurised cow’s milk fermented with live kefir cultures*. (That’s it!)

*Live kefir cultures contain amongst others: Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at 1-5˚C. Consume within 3 days of opening.
