Naturally sweeter than our original Kefir, our Baked Milk Kefir is wonderfully smooth and creamy. Following the authentic recipe of gently baking the milk before adding the live cultures, it has a luxurious, mellow taste.

It might taste sweeter, but there’s absolutely no sugar added. Just the highest quality organic British milk and authentic live cultures. Naturally high in protein and calcium and full of essential vitamins (including B12 and B2), our Baked Milk Kefir is packed with billions of gut-friendly bacteria and is completely free of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Pasteurised cow’s milk fermented with live riazhenka cultures*. (The milk is gently baked before it is fermented, following the authentic centuries old recipe.)

* Live riazhenka cultures contain amongst others: Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus.


Fully recyclable bottle in 2 sizes:
250ml for a perfect serve.
500ml for the fridge.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated 0- 5°C. Shake well before opening and consume within 2 days. Enjoy chilled.
