It’s National Vegetarian Week! Why not try something new with kefir? We’re loving this kefir based dill dressing recipe, works fabulously with some veggie sticks or toasted wholemeal pitta bread!


  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 tbsp light sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh dill weed, chopped

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk for about 30 seconds, or place in a medium-sized canning jar with a lid and shake until it is mixed well.

To make it into a dip use only ¾ cup kefir and add about a ¼ cup plain greek yogurt.
