We LOVE these tasty Kefir Mince Pie Energy Balls, no cooking required! Simply blitz everything together and roll into balls.


  • 150g / 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, cranberries, currants)
  • 60g medjool dates (about 3)
  • 60g / 1/2 cup raw mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, brazils)
  • 40g / 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • Zest of 1 unwaxed orange
  • Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 2 tsp. Kefir (Baked or Original)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. mixed spice
  • Pinch of sea salt


  • Soak the dates for 30mins
  • In a blender mix together the oats, nuts, spices and salt
  • Add the dried fruit and zest, following by the Kefir (adding more if the mixture is too dry)
  • Roll into balls and decorate as desired!
