Ingredients:

  • 250ml Bio-tiful Kefir or Baked Milk Kefir
  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp. organic blackstrap molasses
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • Ice and 60ml of water

Method:

  • Whiz everything together and enjoy immediately!
