A beautiful breakfast bowl with your favourite organic Kefir. Use fresh berries when they are in season. You can also add chia seeds or flax seeds to this super healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Bio-tiful Dairy’s Kefir
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 125ml (1/2 cups) fresh strawberries or blueberries (or mix of both)
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

Optional: you can toast the coconut flakes and walnuts beforehand. Simply place on a baking sheet and cook for about 5-8 minutes in the oven at gas mark 6 (200°C).
