Following our last post where dietitian Lucy Jones showed us the benefits of Kefir-Quark, this week we’re bringing you another video where Lucy shows us the benefits of our Original Kefir.

Kefir is a cultured milk-based drink packed with billions of gut-friendly bacteria; it’s the original bio-live drink. Based on a 2000-year-old recipe, it is naturally high in protein and calcium, packed with essential vitamins and minerals (including B12 and B2). There’s also no added sugar, additives or preservatives, and it’s gluten-free.

Kefir is perfect as a breakfast ingredient (pour it over muesli or granola, or make it in to a smoothie!), but can also be cooked in cooking. Recipes include cheesecakes, homemade breads and sauces. Check out all our Kefir recipes here.
