This homemade muesli goes perfectly with our Baked Milk Kefir – add a handful of blueberries with a drizzle of honey and you’ve got a divine (and incredibly gut-friendly) breakfast. We promise one serving will leave you wanting more!

This recipe is incredibly quick and easy to make, and unlike the store-bought versions you know exactly what goes into it!

Simply mix together:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup rye flakes
  • 1 cup barley flakes
  • A handful of dried fruit (we’ve used currants and cranberries)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • A handful of chopped almonds
  • Optional: raw cacao nibs

Then serve with a generous helping of our luxurious and creamy Baked Milk Kefir. Top with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey – Yum!
