Love pumpkin? Love Kefir? Then this super probiotic smoothie is for you! It’s not only delicious but also has lots of great health benefits.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup pureed pumpkin
  • A handful of pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250ml Bio-tiful Kefir 
  • Optional: top with whipped cream!

Simply blitz all the ingredients together in a high powered blender (ideally with a little ice) and enjoy!
