A tasty and highly nutritious bowl of pumpkin, granola, nuts and Kefir – super healthy and super easy to make!

You’ll need:

  • 250ml Kefir
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 5 crushed ginger biscuits
  • A handful of pecans
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Granola

Mix the cinnamon with the pumpkin puree and then layer up the ingredients – crushed biscuits, pumpkin, Kefir, granola, pecans and honey – twice! Enjoy.
