A healthy twist on the traditional chocolate mousse. Why not give your guests a healthy gut this Christmas as well as a tasty dessert! Super simple and a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Chop the chocolate very finely and melt in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  • Mix together the cacao, coffee and vanilla with 2 tbsp cold water, and pour over the chocolate. Allow to thicken, stirring occasionally, add a little water if required.
  • Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks, then whisk in the honey until thick and glossy.
  • Beat the Kefir into the cooled chocolate.
