Why not kick start your day with this tasty and nutritious Bircher recipe? It takes just five minutes to make and as you prepare it the night before it means you can just get up and go the following morning!

Simply mix together the following ingredients in a jar or bowl and then leave to chill in a fridge overnight:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • A handful of blueberries
  • A handful of dried fruit, coconut flakes, almonds and seeds
  • 1 tbsp of Chia seeds
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250ml Bio-tiful Kefir

In morning just add some extra honey and fruit – enjoy!
