A creamy, simple and nutritious dish – best prepared the night before. Enjoy for breakfast, as a post workout snack or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml Bio-tiful Kefir
  • 50g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • A handful of Mulberries (or alternative)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or bowl add the Kefir, blueberries, chia seeds, vanilla and honey
  2. Stir together all of the ingredients then cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
  3. Just before serving top with Mulberries (or alternative) and decorate with fresh herbs (e.g. mint) or chopped nuts
