We’re OBSESSED with overnight oats in the office, so much so we’ve got our mums hooked. We love to make ours with Original Kefir or Baked for something a little creamier. It’s incredibly simple to make, here’s our go to recipe: 


125ml Original Kefir

90ml milk

50g oats

1tsp honey

1 tbsp chia seeds


Handful of blackberries

Stewed apples

Coconut shavings


Add all of the ingredients into the bowl and stir well.

Chill overnight

Top with blackberries, stewed apples and coconut shavings.
